Resource Equity Solution
PerformancED has dedicated the past decade to the research and development of an evidence-based bundled solution to address the resource deficiencies for 24,000,000 disadvantaged at-risk students in America's public schools. Districts with high concentrations of low income students have on average15% less to spend per student than a decade ago. Over 100 reports and studies since 2009 agree, recommend and support the need for equitible access to libraries, technology, connectivity, supportive services and teacher professional development. This ubiquitous consensus has served as the basis for and guidance in structuring a responsive, leveraged bundled solution that fills equity, access and opportunity gaps. This high-value solution maximizes the use of existing federal funds and does not require any new legislative policy. It is aligned with ESSA and all previous federal education initiatives since 2007; inclusive of the 300 open desegragation orders, some 40 years old.

SAP - Student Behavioral Wellness Program
A real time 24/7/365 supportive service providing connectivity to an LMSW for students and families via a "Talk, Text, Connect" architecture to complement existing social worker, school psychiatrist and counselor infrastructure.
Cultural Competency Professional Development
Offering evidence based teacher and administrator cultural competency PD incorporating best practices from the Ohio Project.
Restorative Justice Professional Development
Restorative justice PD based on the Ohio Project and incorporating the Oakland model integrated with best practices from several other districts nationally providing a unique approach.
Products
e-book ecosystem
A CCSS recommended reading list and/or a custom district specific (20,000 student minimum) supplemental K-12 library consisting of 300 books per grade level for a total of 3,600 e-books per student to meet them where they are. The ecosystem also provides real time analytics with portals for students, parents, teachers and administrators providing real time data to monitor and document progress and growth. The ecosystem provides access links to additional open online e-libraries with interactive analytics to expand offerings, e.g., Open eBooks and many more.
Device
Includes a device of choice (Chromebook or Android) to respective state specification, supporting assessments.
Internet Access
We include 24/7/365 on/off campus connectivity. While we recommend Kajeet,. we will provide service from any ConnectED partner provider for FRL and/or Title I eligible student.
